The best present we ever got Tera was a tether ball court. She literally spends hours playing on it... alone! She doesn't even care if anyone plays with her, she just practices hitting the ball for hours each day. She will often times come home from school, or church, or errands and go straight into the backyard to assume her tether ball hitting. Anytime we don't know where she is, we can assume she's in the backyard hitting the ball! It cracks us up! I will sometimes go back there and play a game with her and she often beats me. She says it is because she is a "hardy." That's what they call people who are good at tether ball at school. During Christmas break she took a week off of her tether ball practicing while we were in Utah on vacation. When we returned she went right back to playing and was very concerned that she would not be as good when she went back to school. She was worried that others had practiced the whole break and her skills would be rusty! She didn't want to be an "easy." I assured her she would be fine after she promptly beat me! I wish she was a little more worried about her educational skills being rusty after the break, but oh well!Such are the priorities of a 3rd grader!

A simple, sickly Christmas
We celebrated Christmas at our home this year because we had a close friend getting married in the LA temple two days after Christmas. We had a nice time despite Ashton, Trevor, Brody and Nana getting sick during the visit. The guys were still abl eto enjoy some dirt bike riding. The girls took the kiddos and spent a day at sea world and watched Frozen.
My favorite tradition is opening all the gifts from the kids to us and to each other. Teras gift to Ashton was these cool glasses. And Ashton made my parents these fancy cups for the fun center. Ashton gave me a very fancy diamond ring and our initials carbed into a block of wood with a plus sign. Love how much he loves me! Wish it would last forever!
Brody and Mazzi enjoyed bursing Grandpas hair (and eyeborws)
Mazzi got a doll houe from Santa that took three of us to put together!
Ryder 14 months
This busy boy melts my heart.... I love him so much I just want to squeeze him all the time. There is nothing as sweet as feeling his squishy cheeks against mine or getting his slobbery kisses (which sometime end in bites) I love waking up to him smacking me in the face and hearing him jabber away. I love seeing him so excited that he is clumsily running around flapping his arms. I love his adorable dance when he hears music. The whole family adores him and thinks everything he does is simply perfect. He will forever be my baby.. just hopefully not in a creepy way!! :) Love you Ryder James!
Mazzi is 5!
Mazzi loved her Sophia the first birthday party! She planned out the menu: crepes, waffles and bacon. She also decorated the cake with her dad and planned out the decorations and games. I love this little girl! Words can not express the happiness and fun she brings into our home. She is so easy going, yet feisty at the same time! She is easy to have around. I love my little social, artist, singer girly!
Red Carpet...
We had a great night celebrating Susies 30th birthday. Her husband made it a red carpet event. It was full of fancy clothes, paparazzi, cafe rio catered food, sprinkles cupcakes, sparklers and even Max from dancing with the stars making a guest appearance and teaching Susi a dance. It will be a night we will always remember!

Ashton's 10!
Ashton celebrated his 10th birthday with a video game party. All of his buddies were able to come.
Ashton made this cool minecraft pinata and a friend made these awesome minecraft t shirts for the party favor.
We had all of Ashtons favorites. Burgers, chips, rootbeer and cheesecake. This boy loves his food!
Loved seeing the smile on his face! We love you Ashton!!
