Ryder- 4 weeks old

The loves of my life..

Thanksgiving Day Hike

We went on a warm Thanksgiving day hike this year with Matt's parents.
The things I am most grateful for are my Savior, Jesus Christ and these people....  :)

Ashton's 9!

Ashton is 9!! We had a little family celebration on his birthday (little Ryder was only three days old)
Then my mom showed up in the evenign as a surprise. She came out of the car with balloons and sprayed him with silly string! It was pretty cute!
He requested brownies for his birthday. He licked his fingers to blow them out.

Then a week later he celebrated with his buddies at a camping birthday. Matt and a friend stayed with him and all the boys and a campground nearby. They did a scavenger hunt, hit a pinata, roasted hot dogs and smores and played tether ball. Ashton said it was the best birthday ever!

We love you Ashton! So glad you're our son!

Ryders First week...

We kinda like this little guy! It is so fun to see the older three with him. Everything Ryder does they think is so adorable (and so do Matt and I) If he sneezes, or sticks out his tongue  makes a silly face in his sleep, yawns or even poops... we all "eww" and "ahhh" over the cuteness of our little baby! So glad he joined our family. We are so blessed!

Ryder James

Our big boy- Ryder James was born November 8th at 12:08 pm
He weighed a whopping 9 lbs 15 ounces.(I knew he was going to be big- but not that big!)
He is practically perfect in every way and we are enjoying him so much!
He is a sweet, snuggly, chubby little guy.
Our family is now complete.... :)

Our family of six! Can you tell I am a bit tired from delivering this big child? The kids were so excited to meet Ryder and to hold him. It was cute hearing them talk about his cute little toes and fingers. They were in awe of him. So glad to have this perfect little guy in our family!
