Tera is obsessed with horses so we decided to get her a riding lesson with Mazzi from her Grandma Bickle for Christmas. They both loved it! They had smiles on their faces the whole time and are looking forward to going back!

Meet Rascal!
Mazzi asked for a puppy for Christmas! (A black and white puppy wearing a tutu to be exact). We couldn't get her one for Christmas since we were headed up to Redding for two weeks, but we started looking for one when we returned. I have always wanted a husky! I had many people try to talk me out of getting a husky- but look at this face! When I saw her, how could I resist?! Mazzi named her Paws, but I changed it to Rascal. Mazzi didn't like the name Rascal because she thought ti meant she was a "naughty dog" but I said it just meant she was mischievous, so she agreed to it. She is an energetic, adorable, crazy little thing that caused me many panic attacks! She is turning out to be a great, albeit very expensive dog to have! She has eaten so many socks, shoes, chairs, baseboards, rugs, sleeping bags, I can't even keep track! She sheds everywhere and has peed and pooped too many times to remember. But I love her more than I ever thought I'd love a puppy! She is part of the family and fits in perfectly with our rambunctious, mischievous kids!

San Fransisco Day Trip
We went to San Fransisco on our way back from Redding to visit some touristy spots to show the kids! First on the list was pier 39. We watched for Sea Lions, rode the carousel, and watched a comedy show on the pier. The kids thought it was the funniest thing they had ever seen! We also went and got sundaes at the Ghiradelli Factory. We ended the night with a visit to China Town and let each of the kids pick out a souvenir. On the way to Tracy to stay at our friends house we stopped and let the kids walk the Oakland temple grounds. It was absolutely beautiful! It was a perfect family day!
