Lake Tahoe

We had a great, relaxing time in Lake Tahoe celebrating Peggy and Larry's 50th anniversary. We spent a day on the shore, went on a picnic up the top of a mountain after a ski lift ride to get to the top.  We had fun playing games, going in the hot tub. My favorite part was doing the ropes course with Ashton and Tera. They were so brave! I was even afraid! It was a great accomplishment doing it with them.

Farewell Vocana's

The vocana's moved here only a year and a half ago and are already moving on to Tracy, Ca. Though they weren't here long we grew to love them instantly and we are so sad that they are leaving us.  I adore their sweet family and wish them the best...

Kid Carnival

One activity on the kids summer bucket-list is their carnival. They sell tickets for a few quarters and then plan several activities. This year we made it the carnival, along with a going away party for the Vocana's. We had a great time and it was fun to see the kids get so excited and be good little entrepreneurs.

Their booths included- Tera's hair dressing station. Included different color sprays and styles to choose from.

Little preschool graduate

Love this little preschool girl! She bring so much joy and laughter and smiles into our home and life. Can't believe she's ditching me for kindergarten... even though I know she is ready!
