Because- it's just not always all smiles around here. There are sometimes (A lot of times) tears. And this little guy has the best pouty face and cry I've ever heard! He usually gets his way!

My Treasures...

Our lesson in Relief Society today was on "For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also."

Well, these are my treasures.... 

Ragnar

Oh Ragnar- what can I say about Ragnar? It was "fun?" We definitely made some memories! 

We laughed, we cried, some of us barfed, we had knee pain, we slept in the car, we rain in the rain, we froze, we picked on each others driving skills... there may have been moments of tension or drama (tiny tiny moments) Our car got tagged with a picture of a butt, we got woken up repeatedly by a emergency drill the night before at our hotel. But, we finished!! My knee hurt like Hell the entire time so it was a major downer for me... but we all learned a lot about team work for sure.

Mini Family Vacation

 We try to do a little overnighter family vacation every summer. This year we went to San Diego and wen to Sea world one night and then visited the Mormon Battalion and a museum with the Eliasons. We had a great little get away!
